Towel and Blanket
These are embroidered for my new great nephew, Theo.
Both designs are from emblibrary
I adapted both slightly to fit my needs, leaving out the leaves on the first and the bottom layer of bath on the second.
Fireman Hooded Towel
I had a request for a fireman hooded towel, so I found free fame fonts and purchased the fireman stack from emblibrary which I pulled apart to fit, adding in the new longer hose.
Neigh Neigh Blanket
This is a fuzzy blanket that I transformed into a horse. Heidi drew the head and mane for me, and I adapted a design I owned for the hooves. I used a technique that I learned in an embroidery class to create the mane and tail, triple stitch created the look of hair. I used a basic hooded towel as a pattern for the horse and added parts where they seemed right. Hooves are on a triangle piece sewed into the corner.
Chemistry Towel
Beaker applique is layers of organza with clear plastic overlay. Used variegated thread for curvy lines

Sue Box Designs
I didn't need quite as much canopy, so I deleted parts so that they worked together. Then I reversed them and deleted different parts on the second so that they wouldn't look identical. I goofed on the second design, adding green prematurely, so I cut and pasted leaves in to cover up my mistake.
